How learning how to be mindful can help us
Mindfulness meditation practices can help to focus awareness, cultivate calmness and develop non-judgemental acceptance. They have been shown to be helpful in promoting general wellbeing and in easing the suffering of a wide range of problems including high blood pressure, headaches, chronic pain, heart disease, a tendency to depression, sleep disturbance, anxiety, panic and skin disorders.
